Nike +

As corporate logos go, few are as recognizable as the bitten apple that appears on all things Apple. Few, that is, except maybe the swoosh that has appeared on Nike's shoes and apparel from the company's beginning. Now the two companies behind those logos are teaming up. At an event in New York, Nike and Apple said they are collaborating on a series of products that bridge the gaps between sports, electronics, and entertainment.

Their first jointly produced product: the Nike+iPod Sport kit, which involves an electronic sensor inserted under the inner sole of a new Nike running shoe dubbed the Moire (pronounce (MOR-ay). That sensor talks to a small wireless receiver that attaches to Apple's iPod nano music player.

The components work together to give voice prompts, interjected while music is playing, that tell runners how far they've gone and at what pace. The iPod will also keep track of the duration, distance, and other information on each run.

This is an amazing collision of two major companies working together to form a product which in my opinion is worth the money. Just think, now you can see how much you ran and I'm sure you're already listening to music but now its two in one.

Heres something to look into...

The whole world is turning Green, everyone is on the bandwagon of going green. The way you drive the way you work and the way you live at home is all about saving the environment. So now heres a problem you drive to work everyday but you cant afford a hybrid model of your favorite car so whats the next best thing how bout your feet or even better your shoes. I never heard of the idea before but i just Google searched it and it turned out to be true. There are many manufacturers who make these so called green shoes and sell them online in various colors and designs which to me sounds like a great idea, and now that I think of it I just might get a pair.

For more info go to simpleshoes.com and greenshoes.co.uk

Very Hot!

What is the first thing you do when you get in your car and its freezing outside, you put up the heat and the same goes for your house but as I'm sitting here I feel cold and a blanket and the heating system just isnt doing the job and thats when heated floors came to mind and it turns out you can have it in your very own home. It turns on you can purchase heated floor systems at your local Lowe's or Home Depot and sales are increasing as more and more people learn about heated floors in bathrooms and kitchens or any other room. If installed correctly it can also save you money and it also states its pretty affordable. Take look for yourself,

Ferrari or a desi fav Toyota?

Heres an interesting article on how someone who apparently isnt going to win the noble prize suggests that a Ferrari is more environmentally friendly then a Toyota Prius. He bases this on how many Ferrari's are in North America and how many Prius's and calculates its CO2 emission and it shows that the Prius sends more Co2 in the air because first of all there are more Prius's on the road and they are driven more then a Ferrari which is apparently gathering dust in some retiree's garage(hope not). Its a little confusing but heres the link to the article so check it out

Laptop?!

I am in the market for a new laptop preferably under a grand. It should have a minimum of 4 gig memory and a hard drive of anything more then 150 gig. The screen should be of average length so I can have a comfortable time looking at it. So far I've had many problems with computers so I want some thing reliable and tension free so keep that in mind. All I'm asking is for a little bit of you assistance to help me find the right product for me. So if you got any ideas let me know.

P.S
If it doesn't come in black I dont want it...
